I recently purchased a 2006 Cessna 182T from Grant Sutherlin at AirMart in Lexington,Kentucky.
I had been searching for the right aircraft for about six months when I ran across the AirMart ad
on the internet.I called and talked to Grant several times about the plane and he emailed over a
dozen current photos of the plane to me to help with my decision.When I expressed some
interest in the plane,he offered to fly it to Macon,Ga free of charge so I could check it out
personally. The plane was due for an annual the following month so Grant offered to have the
annual done and then fly it back to Macon,again at no additional cost.This was offered after we
had agreed on a purchase price. My experience with AirMart and Grant Sutherlin were very
pleasant and I would certainly not hesitate to do business with them again.

Working with Grant was a pleasure. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly.
Grant and AirMart made it easy for me to see pictures and maintenance records of the airplane
before I made the trip from Austin to see it. When I did fly in, Grant was waiting with everything
in order for me to examine. There were no surprises. All maintenance and ADs were complied
with and the airplane was ready to go. When I took delivery, Grant flew it half way to meet me
and made the process easier for both of us.If I'm ever in the market for another airplane, I'll be
sure to consider doing business with you.

After attempting to navigate the mine fields of the used aircraft market alone, losing money
paying ferry pilots and maintenance shops in order to evaluate and inspect potential purchases,
I was fortunate enough to find a plane listed by Grant and his staff. To say the balance of my
aircraft search and purchase was smooth as butter is a gross understatement. I cannot imagine
purchasing or selling an aircraft without Airmart's help. Anyone considering selling or
purchasing an aircraft on their own without Airmart's expertise in their corner might as well put a
few thousand dollars in a pile and burn it. I expect to have Grant help me get into a Cirrus, etc.
